Who we are

Abueng Advisory (Pty) Ltd (“Abueng”) is a South African Accounting Firm that supports Founder-Led and Board-Led SMEs with Growth and Financial Governance solutions across different business seasons.

We support SMEs across two complementary areas: Structure & Compliance and Growth & Governance. We believe these are not competing priorities — sustainable businesses require both.

Through our SME Financial Seasons Framework™, we recognise that business growth is not linear. Different business seasons bring different priorities and constraints, requiring business leaders to understand what deserves their attention now while keeping a long-term perspective in mind.

Abueng was founded by Kelebogile (Lebo) Ntlha, whose experience across corporate leadership, governance and entrepreneurship shaped a simple conviction: growth without structure is fragile, structure without growth creates stagnation, and sustainable growth requires both.

Lebo is a CA(SA) and holds an MBA degree (awarded cum laude) from Wits University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax from the University of Johannesburg. Her experience includes serving as the Group Financial Director of a JSE-listed company for five years, and as Group Financial Executive and Company Secretary for two years before that. Combined with her own entrepreneurial experience, this enables her to relate to the cognitive load SME founders and CEOs experience and help them navigate their business seasons better and faster.

Our mantra “we do life together” embodies our belief that sustainable success is built through win-win relationships — because business is a team sport.
